Privacy policy

Studio Augmenté respects your personal information. This policy explains what we collect on studioaugmente.com, cas.studioaugmente.com and diagnostic.studioaugmente.com, why, who we share it with, and how to exercise your rights.

2. What we collect and why

Contact form (studioaugmente.com)
First name, last name, email, phone (optional) and message. To answer your request.

Free guides (cas.studioaugmente.com)
First name and email, plus company and AI tool if you provide them. To give you access to the guides and email you the link. If you check the box: to send you new use cases, about one email a month, and a short survey about upcoming cases.

Diagnostic (diagnostic.studioaugmente.com)
Your answers stay on your device until you ask for your report. If you do, we receive your email, your answers and results, and any optional information you add (first name, company, role, timeline, project, challenge). To send you your report. If you check the box: to contact you about the diagnostic.

Tailored recommendations
Based on your diagnostic results, we determine internally which of our services would be most useful to you and when to follow up. This lets us make a relevant recommendation if you agree to be contacted. No decision about you is made automatically. You may ask to see this assessment and have it corrected.

Innovation team barometer (optional diagnostic box)
Your levels and context (industry, team size, stage and main obstacle), without your contact details. To calculate the averages shown to respondents.

Booking a call
Name, email and chosen time slot, collected by Google Calendar. To schedule the call.

Browsing studioaugmente.com
Cookies (see section 4). To run the site and, with your consent, measure traffic.

We do not use your information for other purposes without your consent.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. Service providers store or process it on our behalf, outside Quebec, mainly in the United States:

  • Google: email, spreadsheets, automated emails, call booking, anti-bot protection on the contact form (reCAPTCHA) and fonts on cas.studioaugmente.com.
  • Squarespace: hosting of studioaugmente.com and its contact form.
  • Netlify: hosting of cas.studioaugmente.com and diagnostic.studioaugmente.com.
  • Anthropic (Claude): an artificial intelligence tool that helps us manage follow-ups and prepare our conversations.

These providers' own privacy policies also apply. We may disclose your information where required by law.

4. Cookies

studioaugmente.com uses:

  • necessary cookies (crumb, siteUserCrumb) for security and site operation. They are always on;
  • Squarespace analytics cookies (ss_cvr, ss_cvt), only if you accept them. They are off by default.

To change your choice, clear the cookies in your browser and the banner will appear again.

5. Retention

  • Requests and contacts with no follow-up: 24 months after our last exchange, then destroyed.
  • Unsubscribes: we keep only your email on a suppression list, to respect your choice.
  • Barometer: 36 months. After that, only averages are kept.
  • Clients: as long as tax and accounting laws require.
  • Former member area: closed October 15, 2026. Accounts are deleted by November 15, 2026.

6. Security

Access to information is limited to the person in charge. If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and the people concerned.

7. Your rights

At any time, you may:

  • find out what information we hold about you and get a copy;
  • have it corrected;
  • withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it;
  • ask that it be sent to you in a structured, commonly used technological format.

Write to jonathanhardy@studioaugmente.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

8. Emails

We send promotional emails only with your consent. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribes take effect within 10 business days at most.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
